The right to access your personal data
You have the right to request information from the Data Controller about the purpose of the processing of your personal data, the category, scope and any available information about its source and intended duration of processing.
Right to rectification or erasure
The Controller is obliged to correct inaccurate personal data without undue delay, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed. You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data if one of the following reasons applies:
the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
the data subject withdraws the consent on the basis of which the personal data was processed and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
the data subject objects to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes;
the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation under European Union or Czech law;
personal data have been collected in connection with the offer of information society services on the basis of consent given by the child.

Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request the Controller to restrict processing in the following cases:
the data subject denies the accuracy of the personal data for the time necessary for the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
the processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses to erase the personal data and instead requests a restriction on its use;
The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to object
This right applies to your personal data that is processed for direct marketing purposes. In this case, you have the right to opt-out of the use of your personal data.
Right to portability
You have the right to retrieve your personal data that you have provided to the Controller and to transfer this data to another Controller if:
the processing is based on consent to the processing of personal data or the processing is for the purposes of concluding and performing a contract with the data subject; and
the processing is carried out by automated means.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is in violation of the law, you have the possibility, among other things, to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
You are under no obligation to provide us with your personal data.
However, the provision of such data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract and without the provision of such data the contract cannot be concluded and performed by us.
